Package Your Items
Securely pack the merchandise in its original packaging, ensuring that delicate items like instruments or vinyl are well-protected to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
